@aviomaster According to statistics Estonia is the least religious country in the world. However 16% of people say that they have some relation to religion. Most Estonians are Lutherans, some are Catholic and Russians who live here are Russian Orthodox.

@Vargo0071 I think in America they think that we Estonians are Slavic and speak with Russian accent, OMG. I don't know where they have got the idea from... Each time there is a character in an American film who is supposed to be Estonian, the directors make this character speak with a Russian accent and it is really odd for us to listen to it. Estonian and Russian accents are as different from each other as day and night.

@karuke01 Well I would have to say it depends where you live in Estonia. Like if you live close to Russia you might have a Russia accent. Like If you live in the US you can have a Mexican accent if you live close to the Mexico border, or have a lot of immigrants in your town. And if that really doesn't make sense, 25% of the Estonian population is Russian. But I get what you are saying. It would be like a movie in Germany, and have a British person playing an American.

@visini14 No, it doesn't depend on this. If you are Russian in Estonia, you'll most probably still have a Russian accent, but if you are Estonian, you just can not have Russian accent since the languages are so different and Estonians, those who have chosen to learn Russian as a foreign language at school really struggle with Russian pronunciation. Latvians don't have a Slavic accent but to my ear Lithuanians have a Slavic accent although their language is not Slavic.

@aviomaster We Estonians are Finno-Ugric. The closest nation to us are the Finns. Our languages are very similar, the grammar is very similar and we even have very many same words with the same meaning in Finnish and Estonian.

in this video she still has estonian accent in later videos it's not so noticeable anymore.. but i wanted to say that it wasn't like we didn't get music from over the "iron curtain" i was 6 when estonia got free, but i remember that my father had quite a big collection of music on cassettes.. mostly pink floyd.. of course it was harder to get anything, but not impossible..
