these are multiplayer weapons, single player weapons r pretty much the same except u'll b able to throw heavy weapons, such as axes

It's seems as a spin off from the info I have seen on the website, like the multiplayer, new assassins you can use it's all during the time of etzio. Info on the multiplayer sounds like it might be co-op. Well just have to wait till E3.

Some say it is a spin-off and some say it is a ac3 but im not sure... i just think it is a spin-off(expansion) as it is comming out same year and is with the same main character+time period but who knows

Its a spin off. AC3's story has to be in Modern Times for the Trilogy to make sense,

@baseballr4 If it was AC 3 it would say so, for example: the sequel to Assasin's Creed had a number two, Assasin's Creed II. This game's title is Assasin's Creed: Brotherhood, as if it's a continuation of the previous game. When AC3 comes out, I'm sure it'll say Assasin's Creed III
