u can get the spinning mw2 cause if u watch like the first video of mw2 where like all the guys that made the game playing capture the flag on favela if u watch closely when the guy ur watching kills the other guy he has the spinning 10th emblem idk if u have to work their to get it but u can just get in to a lobby :D hope it helped

Theirs also another hidden challenge i got, i couldn't catch the name but you had to 'Knife an enemy in the back after he has shot you'. i got it by him putting me in last stand and then doing a knife kill. i also got disconnected in the same game so im not sure if it gives you a hidden title or emblem for something. try it out.
