@Duddyroar yes u can , (htc evo 4g rooted cm6.1.2 and 7.1 ) just plug it in BEFORE you connect... its a better chance the app will see it ,and you can do advanced key mapping ...( JUST DONT CHANGE THE BACK BUTTON,FOR THERES NOT MUCH OF A KNOWN WAY TO FIX OR VIA UNINSTALL)

When I press the "connect controllers" option and the wii controller keeps flashing for a moment and then turns off again, I get no message on the phone... obviously doesn't connect. I follow every step right, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Ace I've found that this phone doesn't use a HTC's Sense UI so... ???? ???

I went out and purchased a Wiimote today for use with my Droid after viewing this. Note to all viewers, find where your "synch" button is located if you are inexperienced with this or with the Wii. Thanks for the informative video. A little feedback: works great on NES, SNES, PCE, most of MAME games and C64. Doesn't work so well with Apple II, Amiga or ScummVM games.

IF YOU HAVE TOUCHWIZ (Samsung Galaxy S phones) OR HTC Sense on your phone, THIS WILL NOT WORK! It still requires HID Bluetooth, which for some reason was not implemented by Samsung or HTC.

Cyannogen Mod 6 does HID, so clearly the phones can do it. The makers just didn't bother putting it in. Call them and email them, maybe if you flood them with enough requests they'll see fit to add it! So until then, if you have problems connecting, that's likely why!

You know, the wiimote attachments work, too. I use the Virtual controller for the Wiimote because it has more buttons, like an SNES controller. ^_^

Plus it has two ZR and ZL buttons for use as the second shoulder buttons, for PS emulation. Good stuff.

Do the PSX emulators work pretty well on your nexus one? Or is the snapdragon still a bit too slow for it? This has got to be better than trying to touch all over the screen while you play, but it would be kind of difficult to do in a car or a plane, unless you could just attach the phone to the dash somehow.

Hmm, apparently there is one for iPhone but not yet for the Android.

After a bit of research, I found out that the guy most likely able to pull it off is a very skilled fellow named ZoD.

I read that n64 should be doable with 450 mhz and psx should run alright on 1ghz but it seems that by the 5x rule it would be better on 1.5ghz. Oh well. Im still waiting on an Android PDA / tablet, because the monthy data plan requirements offend me, and my area is Verizon only.
