Eh mabye with a better director he would be cool i just dont like the way hes potrayed . He would be perfect if someone put some more time and beter detail into him . ( Anton Chighur , leone , Jason Bourne ...... now theres well directed hitmen .

sorter hitman is briliant . he is so cool ,calm and methodical !.

he is almost like a mathematician in the way he calculates and shoots his victims and the music choregraphy and film style in final shootout is a perfect blend . almost show the workings of his mind.

shame he got shot .

this assasin deserves his own fan club and movie .

There is no reason that Sorter should die, it does not further the plot at all. Sorter is displayed as a hitman and judging from how precise he is and his "tactics".. how does he let the driver walk up and kill him. This just discredit's Guy Ritchie.

Oh cmon Stfu it does not discredit sorter at all, It's more realistic, how can you kill so many mens without being killed? just think about it, and the fact his dead gives to sorter a death for a Noble cause dont you think so? how could be the movie if sorter was still alive? it would have become a war between the poor sorter - mr green against Macha, that would discredit guy richie, not sorter's death!

He assumingly gets shot in the back in the head and most likely the driver goes back down to get the girl how is this noble. If he doesent die he had a reason to betray them so he could keep the girl safe, thats noble. Sorter is perceived as being one of the best that's why he's being payed by a millionaire, Sorter uses sound to locate his enemies. Through walls or floors and all of a sudden the Driver is too quiet for him. It's simply out of character.

There are many ways to look at it, but if a scene in a film became a cause of such a discussion, that means the movie made an impact. That eliminates any thought of discredit to Guy Ritchie.

He left it out of the american version, he did'nt care enough to get in in the american version. I assume it was'nt really important to Guy Ritchie whether he died or not.

He can't be perfect if he just took some bullets in his arm and is losing blood.

But even if he does die how does that "discredit" Ritchie. He dies...so what? Just because you had such a hard on for sorter doesn't mean he shouldn't die.

I'm guessing you hated saving private ryan because tom hanks' character dies.

If he died from bleeding out I understand, it's the fact the he's held in such high regard and some driver can just sneak up and kill him.

Did anyone (including myself) consider that Sorter let himself get shot?

As for the hardon "insult", I dont care whether he dies or not aslong as it fit's well. Also, I liked Saving Private Ryan. Try thinking for more then 60 seconds before you muster up some undeveloped idea and unoriginal insult.

Would you just stop it, he is no god... he's a human being... Why does Leon die at the end? Because human beings tend to make mistakes... Take of it this way - he's tired of being an assassin doing somebody else's dirty work so he decides that if he's gonna go, he's going out with a bang. However you put it - Ritchie made it for a reason. When you start directing movies like Ritchie's masterpieces - you can go talk to him and tell him this scene's ending sucks!
