I just came across this and felt compelled to post in response to your comment of breaking Buds arm in half. First off, that's a load of BS! Second, for someone claiming to be best at everything they do your push-ups aren't even full range in your video(check out Bud doing handstand push-ups at 300+ pounds of body weight in his video section). You probably should research before making further rediculous comments.
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.
how much do you dumbbell curl and for side laterals and all tose too, squats deadlift and bench doesnt make you count as being strong, you must be strong at every exercise to be qualified as strong in my book.
@Q: So you're saying 900 lb bottom-position squats can be done by men who may not actually be strong? You should publish your "book". I hope it's a dictionary, because you've got a whole new set of definitions to explain.
@lazur1 thats not what im saying, i am saying that just by doing this doesnt mean you are strong, it means he got strong legs and a core, but if i would armwrestle him i would break his arm in half.
@Q:Every specific strength depends on bodytype & training. Bud strength at 1 thing doesn't mean he's weak at another. He may excel at many other activities, & you surely are stronger at some things than others. No one man'll ever be best at HomeRuns, KOs, C&Js, & armwrestling" : Limited time to train, limited motivation, & body proportions that excel at 1 movement do poorly at another. You may value the strength you have more than the strength you don't, but -all- strength -is- strength.
@lazur1 i know man, but thing is, im strong at everything, all the sports i do, i become the best at, but sport is not my choice, my choice is futures trading, and im gonna be the best at it, i know what you mean, and it good too find someone else here on youtube who also got a smart brain.
@Q: Thanks. Indeed:You're strong at sports you -do-. That's -why- you do them. Even in a single sport, specific strengths require different bodytypes: The best deadlifter is never the best bench presser: For DLs, proportionately long arms are an advantage; for BPs, proportionately -short- arms are an advantage. What to do mean by 'best'? If you were truly the best at any sport you chose, you'd be an overnight multi-millionaire pro draft choice..futures trading could wait a few years.
@D: Yeah, I guess I should've said "...extremely rarely...". LG still has 2 division & the lb-4-lb DLWRs , & isn't about to lose them. The BPWR's long gone, by many KGs, so there's still a point about specific body-types in there somewhere;-).
@Quote47 what standard does 'arm-wrestling' represent? It's the most unathletic strength sport you can do. What if you play rugby and the guy with a stronger posterior chain RUNS THROUGH YOU. It seems (judging from your videos) that you dont really train legs (and actually just lift cheap looking dumbells in your bedroom). You look bigger than a normal guy, but NOT VERY BIG. And you seem to have a massive ego. You can win your arm wrestling match but get destroyed in every other situation
@Quote47 dumbbell side laterals?? HAHAHAHAHA in what universe is a dumbbell side lateral a good measure of strength? completely useless exercise unless you're a bodybuilder. name one real life scenario where how much you can side lateral will help you out.
It's a bottom position squat. Favored by Bud Jeffries, Brooks Kubik, and a ton of strong guys who don't specialize in powerlifting, but who do specialize in heavy squats.
@crazyozzyking bottom position squats are a lot harder than regular squats IMO. My best bottom position squat is about 40 pounds less than my reg squat

@lazur1
Actually, Lamar Gant was the best bench presser and the best deadlifter at one time.
