Love this song. It reminds me of my high school age in Laos. Heard this song on Lao Houam Phao radio station at Long Chieng everyday in the morning. I wanted to dedicate this song to my friends/classmates of Ban Na School District at Ban Nam Poun High School near Mouang Cha, Laos (1973-75). Especially, my best friends Somphun Manivong and two Laotian girls. I remembered we used to go fishing and bird hunting during the weekends and after school. Thanks for the fun, memories, and friendship.
@foreveryoung21 ~ you haven't heard probably because you were still so young or weren't even born yet. these are some of the most original hmong songs from the early to mid-'70s hmong songs. they were all record live (outside) with no studio sound or even electronic instruments.
Ua tsaug..very good song. Glad to have heard one of the very first recording of this song. Very orginal.
