  • I just watched a vendor's demo video (The Bread Becker) and they suggest never using the hook and explained why. I must say, it made a lot of sense.

  • Gee, either way it looks to be handling it well. Do you have a preference? Were the final results different?

  • Depends on the consistency of the dough. The softer it is,the better the roller. And if you have a big quantity of dough, the hook is better. 

  • The roller seems to be doing more. Which one gives you better gluten development?
