I'm a big fan of iwrotethisforyou, but I have to say it's better to read these words in print than to hear it from a video. Kinda scary. Also I think when we read it, our mind somehow distorts it, so we think we are hearing it from someone we want to hear it - an ex-lover, a friend, family member, or ourselves, even.
