Can you imagine the ruckaus those shepards caused in the little town. They would have knocked on every door looking for the baby. Everyone would have noticed that a baby was born. But no one joined them that we are aware of. I am sure they would have been yelling at each other etc. Trying to find the little King. The sheep no doubt followed them anyway--forget the song. sheep follow shepards. What a crazy night that would have been. Nice song though.
@Mollydollight there are 2 countertenors (sopranos) in the king's singers. david, on the far right, sings 1st soprano. but there's another one, and that would be the man standing next to him, robin. Robin was singing the melody at that point.
throughout the whole video it seems that the singer on the farthest left hand side is the soprano but at around 2:02 it doesnt seem like he is singing his part. can anyone answer me why that is?
@MOLLYDOLLIGHT Most likely reason is that the video footage got mis-aligned in the editing process. He isn't singing the wrong part; I can guarantee that!
