I don't think you would really need to use the hydrogen peroxide. Just baking soda is perfectly fine. You can even use it every day if you'd like. Just dab a little bit onto your brush. I my opinion, it's much better than tooth paste, and it doesn't really have an unbearable taste eigther. It's actually quite refreshing. :)
