its probly a dodgy file or the rong format , ive got an emulator but it only likes image files like IMG BIN ISO thats it , if i conver the file by magic iso to iso that dont work either :S so i just dload the iso str8 off net or a bin they usually work , maybe its same when on disk too ull av giv it a go

I have a modded fat Ps2 and I can tell you it plays copied ps2 games fine.I tried putting copied ps2 games on my pc to see the target file format but it had tons of different formats. So can it directly play a burnt .iso file or do I need to convert the .iso in .mds.(i know that .iso files expand in different folders after you've mounted them for example with daemon tools)

you need free mc boot. It turns your memory card into a mod chip and you don't have to take apart your ps2. Google it to find it.
