There is a fine line between blood, violence, and language games, and then there is the blood and gore, intense violence, strong language, sexual stuff. That kind of thing is not necessary in games, they can be just as fun without that stuff, I have played most of the newest and older rated M games, but I prefer the game less about death and more about fun to play.
