i have the same motherboard and cpu as you but im having a hard time getting it to power up. i have the 24 pin cable in but my psu only have a 4prong cable for the (8pin)12v cpu slot. im worried something might be wrong with my motherboard. should the computer atleast start up with this even tho i dont have an 8pin cable or is it required? my psu is only 300watts also

What're you using for a light at the bottom of your case at the end? Brand? Is it UV? Love that look... Also, do you find that you can see the how of the front intake fans through the side vents with the door shut? I just got mine and amnt sure how to configure fans yet! Beautiful cpu cooler :P so sexy

i allso have the same case and same cpu cooler and my top fan slots are blocked just like yours. im little conserned about the airflow because there's only 1 exhaust fan. and because of the d14 we cant fit more exhaust fans on the top :( maby i'll upgrade to littlebit larger case,.,,

Mid tower usually cost less, some are very good like Fractal R3, Corsair 650D/600T, HAF 912/922

i like mid towers for its challenge to put together. I like to build PCs so yea.
