  • security needs 2 seconds to sick bay....m'kay...

    ^^

  • awesome!

  • omg..so stupid...

  • Hey, don't be mocking the FX too much, for 1988 syndicated TV, this was pretty damn good.

  • Good scene? Sure.

    Best scene...naw.

'Best scene' was probably when Tasha seduced Data, and then afterwords, told him, "It NEVER happened!"

  • 1. the black guy's "angry" face.. lol

    2. worf last attempt to hit her was so lame :D

  • worf: finish her!!! *come here! pimp slap!*

  • Love it. Worf was gonna smack down that old bitch after she had reformed. Bloody Picard.

  • Dang it Picard, I wanted to see Worf smack a bitch!!

  • Press 7

  • Yeah, bitch slap her warf.

  • hardly the best moment ever...would have been better if Worf smacked a ho.

  • Comment removed

  • Press 6.

  • LOL, they still do the suit thing

  • That "monster" is even worse than the Gorn!

  • worf should have decked her :)))

  • just another stardate on the enterprise-d

  • the first security guard walked in like a boss

  • this one was fine, because you was already expecting it. But the first form she gained, that little critter, scared the shit out of me...

  • what is it with star trek and thier actors not being trained for fighting scenes

  • Is it me, or does the beast sound constipated?

  • someone needs a cup of warm orange pekoe

  • THE FUCK IS GOING ON HERE

  • As Roddenberry is my witness, this is the most poorly written and ill-directed scene I've ever seen from TNG.

  • @bozzutoman

Not only that, but the acting is terrible also. Just horrible.

  • sadly shapeshifters are true and most of them on earth end up being anal politicains

  • @lowaces Sadly you seem to be lost in a world of mental illness and denied the ability to appreciate reality. Or you're just pathetic and require the thought of yourself being a privileged observer living in a bad science fiction movie. We all have our faults I guess. How would your life be different if shape shifters were not controlling the world?

  • @evilyig thats your opinion, of course you know i'm going to say theres precedents for shapeshifters in nature, any one who has done any research into the subject will find out that all the demons and creatures of that type are shapeshifters, so if your right and every religion in the world is wrong well i guess i guesss that makes you god doesn't it, and just so you know most mentally ill people are inhabited by demons and thats why medication never works, bet you didn't know that huh

  • @evilyig PS i bet you're a gutless coward whose never spent any time at a nude beach cuz your AFRAID and your such a meek obediant drone your afraid to do LSD because the govt says its bad for you, do you know why LSD is illegal and they give possesion of LSD such high prison terms and fines, because on LSD you can see the reptilian shapeshifters, and of course your stupid and say of course you see things on LSD, but if you've never done LSD and learn to control it you'ld never know little sheep

  • @lowaces LOL! Oh dear, someone let a nut out of hospital again.

  • @TheAtheistFuture just like i thought your a gutless coward sissy skirt wearing mommas boy, afraid of your own fucking dick and so scared of your own body your afraid to let people see it at a nude beach

  • @lowaces If i had a dick, it sure as shit would scare me lol

  • @lowaces I have no problem with nudity...

  • It was made for tv what can you expect. In First Contact Cmd rickers acting is atrocious but he was picked for his tv acting not for his movie acting. Anyone an unfortunate result of TNG coming out in the 90s is it has bad costumes and make up effects which is a lot better now.

  • I saw this episode last week. That woman was a pain.

  • I noticed something. They really DID hurry.

  • I noticed something. They really DID hurry.

  • As much as I love STTNG, the early seasons were rather silly

  • Comment removed

  • ......Is that Professor McGonagall?

  • @MercWithAMouth69

Holy crap, they do look alike. I am not a huge Harry Potter fan, but am a Trekkie. Never noticed that before.

But no, the actresses are different.

  • got pwnd then gonna backhand her after the fact..How funny

  • The acting is so wooden.

  • @cjgrayside I was thinking that too, like when the security guys run in 0:33... horrible acting! And yet I used to love this show, it's funny how you watch stuff from when you were little in a different light.

  • Comment removed

  • Bitch was pretty scary BEFORE she turned into the giant hairy screaming monster.

  • "Security to sick bay, hurry!"

    *ding*

    *Picard walks in all bored*

  • the fuck is a whookie doing in star trek.

  • "I'm the Worf, not a doorstep!"

    xD

  • 0:35 'We're not wearing red shirts so we're not going to die, right?'

  • @Kaagh178 I think this was around the time where the yellow shirts were the ones that got knocked off.

  • He was going to punch *and* backhand her. ^_^

  • Hey, Leslie Thompkins got a job onboard the Enterprise as a medical officer. Cool.

*waits for absolutely no one to understand what I'm talking about*

  • I think that old broad who turned into a Bug Yeti is the voice of Frieza.

  • Silly chubacca, you're in the wrong studio.

  • How bad is the Federation education system? The CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER on board the Flagship of the Federation has no clue what a shape shifter (Allasomorph, in this case) is. Did she study ANY species other than her own while at the academy? Chameloids were known to Kirk and McCoy so you would have thought that almost a century later Pulaski would have a clue that some species can morph and not just stand there dumbfounded.

  • @kev3d Why do ya think she was the CMO for one season..... She SUCKS lol

  • @kev3d wow your more of a dork than me. and i mean that in the nicest way possible

  • @kev3d You do realize just how many species there are in the Star Trek universe, right?

  • @TM1934 ... but he's saying that she didn't recognize a shape shifting species, even when there's one right in front of her..

  • @dtoliaferro She's probably never actually seen one first hand. Reading about something, and then seeing it in real life, are two very different things to deal with. Especially if she wasn't expecting it.

  • Reminds me a bit of "The Man Trap"....

  • That Brother that came in with the Captain looks ready to do some damage.

  • I don't understand why they didn't let Worf slap her. Kirk slapped the shit out of women all the time.

  • This is SO TOS I love it

  • its a wookie!!

  • Damn those 310 Romulans!!!!!!

  • I like how Picard just happens to be strolling with some security officers right next to sick bay when she calls them.

  • @budafuka To be fair, he might have anticipated such a thing. It's Picard.

  • @budafuka LMFTRO!

  • nerds unite

  • It's the Undine's (Species 8472) ancestor! :D

  • 308 patients needed to be destroyed

  • Is Worf son of Mogh gonna have to choke a bitch?

  • Imagine if that old hag was a full grown male

  • DON'T PHASE ME BRO!

  • So the facts that you dumbasses are making fun of this scene just goes to show how little you really know and appreciate.

I'm sorry that special effects didn't accommodate to simple minds back then.

  • @FudgeCakes01 this isn't 1950, i've seen much older things that handled special effects much better than this. it's everything between the transformation that sucks

  • "Security to sick bay!" *two seconds later a security officer shows up* now if only they could do that in real life........

  • I think I speak for everyone when I say 'wtf'. I know it's next generation but STILL!!! an alien sasquatch??

  • Best TNG moment? What about the bit where Weasley gets stabbed (one of the Q episodes, can't remember which one)?

  • :30

    EPIC ENTRANCE.

  • 0:42 captain "now shoot"

  • Very funny. There is nothing good about the Year with Doctor Mullet.

  • @RickyJ108 Dr. Ancient Mullet. I don't know who made that casting call.

  • Dr Pulaski: the Scrappy Doo of Next Generation.

  • Worf should've let it go after Pulaski!

  • More like "Lost In Space" than "Star Trek."

  • I love how Worf raises his arm to back-fist her after she transforms back into an old lady. If they had all just entered the room at that moment it'd be a bit awkward.

  • Pulaski: Good god in heaven, it's that thing from "The Menagerie"!

  • I don't even.....

  • this is so TOSsy

  • Dr. Katherine Pulaski - The Shemp of TNG.

  • 0:31 epic entrance stance.

  • Interesting, but certainly not the best Next Generation moment ever.

  • Is Worf gonna have to choke a bitch??

  • "Who's scruffy lookin'?!"

  • That woman sounds just like a Tusken Raider!!

  • When she morphs into the creature...what the hell is Worf reaching for at 0:21? A Swiss Army knife? Secret scouts ring? Car keys?

  • @RawChristianSuperman a phaser that he thought was there mabey.

  • So when she gets mad, she turns into a monster that whines like a bitch?

  • Worf was about to show that bitch his strong hand

  • WTF?? Worf should have pimp slapped that hairy bitch!

  • No it wasn't the best, it was stupid. Captain Picard had no way of knowing the chewbacca monster was that bitch's caretaker so he had no reason to tell Worf to stop. Also considering the only thing Worf was doing was getting choked to death, Picard had 2 reasons not to tell him.

Also, the monster had no reason to change back to a humanoid form. If the monster was serious about killing the patient it would have simply done it because it could easily overpower everyone there.

  • @illustriouschin

clearly she would be shot by 3-4 people and I doubt could do anything. so she changed to humanoid form to explain herself.

  • 0:44 Don't make me chris brown yo ass!

  • press 8 repeatedly LOL

  • Ugh.. Doesn't Picard know that is dishonorable for a Klingon to withdraw from a pimp slap one his hand has be raised against a bitch?

  • @Schilcote just Kirk.

  • I think it must be funnier if you see the whole episode with it...Because I've definitely found much funnier moments in other eps. sorry. i'm sure i would have found it hilarious with the context of the whole episode around it though

  • @Schilcote Kirk says yes.

  • 0:45 Worf was gonna pwn that.

  • @nihil2009 yeah-EVENTUALLY. You could have gone for a cup of tea in time he took to do anything.

  • what an ugly bitchhh

  • I love how a full security team, including the Captain, appears 2 seconds after being summoned

  • Worf was going to knock the taste out of her mouth....or fur.

  • shut your mouth, mcgonnagall!!!

  • It's called the Worf Effect, there's a trope for it.

  • I drive a city bus for a living. I see this crap every day...

  • @eeektavius If I could give you 7 thousand likes, I would.

  • @eeektavius This is without a doubt the funniest internet comment I have ever seen. EVER.

  • @eeektavius in what area of the world?

    let me guess: new york...

  • @PriusRider Sadly no. But I would love to see the shenanigans that go on up there... I service someplace warm. A place where the beer flows like wine. A place where hobos flock like the salmon of capastrano. Tampa Bay!

  • This episode should be beamed into the Void!

  • WORF GOT OWNED

  • Any else notice Worf always gets his ass kicked in this series? I would have liked it better if they wrote in Worf taking care of business more often so you could get excited when battle scenes were about to go down.

  • @Shrawty

It's funny he is always portrayed as one of the most powerful characters, yet they are always having him get beat down to show the audience how powerful the enemy is.

  • OM MY GOD IT'S CHUBAKA

  • @TheCoco1933

    You meant to say either:

    1) Chewbacca.

    2) Chupacabra.

Either of those would be be reasonably close to that... thing... she turned into.

  • LOL Worf was about to Pimp that bitch!

  • @coolvidzman If he actually followed through with the pimp slap once she turned back into a short old woman, this really WOULD be the greatest moment in TNG.

  • Comment removed

  • Wow that was corny enough to resemble the original series!

  • Worf should have hit that bitch.

  • The best moment of STNG has to be when Riker got the crap beaten outta him by that old admiral guy. lol.

  • @BethelKs And Riker engages him with kicks and roundhouse kicks and kick flips and kicks! They tried to play Riker up like a martial artist early on but that kick flip fight scene was so goofy they must have dumped it. My friend and I named a combat maneuver after Riker's first kick. When he kicks the guy straight up we call it the "Six-to-Twelve" because he kicks from 6 o'clock straight to 12 o'clock high! Lol!

  • @roeyjevels Ha ha ha! Yeah, and when he makes his first punch (you should really go back and watch) he just looks...like he's never really thrown a punch in his life, lol. and this is the result of Starfleet combat training? lol. Shouldn't he be hitting people with both hands cupped together a la tether ball in elementary school. lol.

  • even though ive seen this clip before, my immediate response when she changes is, and i quote "WTF?!" plus, i hate it when i post multiple times, and the letters thing comes up up. imean, i know its for spam, but "Can't read?" its like its mocking me.

  • I always hated that episode. The ugly bitch just pissed me off.

  • Worf, son of Mogh back fist would have obliterated her.

  • the music is waaaaayyy too epic!

  • worf was about to pimp hand that crazy old bitch.

  • as i have said before....EVERY alien that ever showed up on the enterprise could kick Warfs ass....and he was the great klingon warrior?

  • @Agundis1825 This is what tvtropes.org calls The Worf Effect. It's to demonstrate that the thing is scary -- "whoa, it beat up a *Klingon!*" Unfortunately they went to the well too often and Worf was always getting knocked around as a result.

  • 0:31 Never fear, security here!

  • She should have just taken out Pulaski. No one would have missed her. :3

  • @roxigirly Agreed...I never could stand her...

  • @roxigirly I wish I could thumbs up this statement 1000 times. Pulaski ruined season 2.

  • Wait. This got better than Remmick's head exploding?

  • 0:43 'Is Worf gonna have to slap a bitch?.. bitch you better thank Captain Jean Luc, go ahead'

  • Comment removed

  • LOL

  • @DerHasherman To Quote Billy Crystal: That's no woman...she's the terminator.

  • STAR TREK has the worst fight scenes i have ever seen.

  • Man...this reminds me of that time when my girlfriend was on her period...

  • Security to sickbay?...Chief of security is already there!

  • Worf was about to WABAM SLAP that bitch!

  • That is one freaky beast.

  • oh noes, don't kill Hennessy!!!

  • Worf kinda choked on the phaser draw there

  • "She wants to kill Hennessey....but we only have Southern Comfort and Bacardi!"

  • Klingon Warrior Crewman Worf should have Killed This B.....

and Put Her Out of Our Misery.

  • Quick call the Power Rangers!

  • Worf should have smacked that bitch up.

  • Klingon Powaaaa !!!

  • Crusher is better, end of story.

  • Wookies have been known to tear the arms off of Klingons when they don't get their way.

  • @firehearrt

    Mad funnie

  • Worst. Episode. Ever.

  • To like early tng you have to really appreciate sci fi.

  • good lord early TNG is awful

  • crazy alien bitch

  • The best moment Star Trek moment was when that two eyes-one mouth thing made Pulaski do that weird little tango across the bridge and ask for a sex show

  • I hate when that happens to little old ladies.

  • Sometimes Worf seemed kinda weak, like here and when that Admiral came on board in season 1's episode Conspiracy with that worm-like alien in his briefcase. He tossed Worf around like a rag doll. I bet Tasha Yar would've been more effective; she was 'bad ass' personified!
