You should put the recipe on "about the video" section because I miss on some of the ingredients. YOu have a sexy accent but I cannot understand some of the spices you mentioned. :)
Traditionally Samosa's are deep fried in oil, so these would have a lower percentage of fat than 'regular' samosa. Also the oil in fry pan wont reach as high a temprature compared to a deep frier. I've never used pam, but if its in a spray can im tipping that it uses hydrogenated/partially hydrogenated oil which is not benefical to you health compared to a virgin pressed olive oil. lockme5, stick cooking spray is EXTREMELLY unhealthy. This is one reason why in Europe you would only find very few people using such product. I know the likes of Oprah advertised this during the 90s, but honestly it is mostly hydrogenated oil, which is really bad for your arteries.
Try switching to OLIVE OIL, or at least pure Sunflower oil! Take care.

Untill golden brown. Because the filo pastry is quite thin and the filling is already cooked, you only have to cook it until the filo is golden brown.
That looks fantastic, though I agree with other posters about the ingredient list. I went to your site to see if they were there but had no luck :p

too much oil , being a vegan means to be healthy couldn't you have used a non stick cooking spray such a s pam?

They are raw, but cooked well in the pan so that they have more bite and texture in the dish. Hope you enjoy, tell me how it goes. Cheers mate
