Wifi seems to be locked with Rogers..

I bought this from Rogers, it connects to wifi, but won't let me browse the web with wifi.. uses 'GoRogers'.

Anyone got a fix to this? :O

It depends as they're running different operating systems and different touchscreen technology. The Magic uses a capacitive touchscreen while the 5800 uses the resistive touchscreen. Capacitive touchscreens only work with your fingers, no styluses and you can't wear gloves.

OS UI is different for Android and S60 so you'll want to play with demo devices to see which interface you like better.

HTC is common with business men... if you like to listen for your favorite music and take some photos with friends... nokia 5800 is the best for you, if you like to have a phone that relaibale with business men HTC is well and Nokia 5800 too, anyways Nokia 5800 is better than Iphone ;)

i see the errors 2:50... i love this phone but since it is the first touch phone from the Nokia, it probably have alot of error. Samsung and LG make touch phones for many many years like more than 3 years. so they woudn't have erroor alot than nokia. but i love nokia 5800...

Yeh, it is a small screen though, so I suppose thats what the stylus is for. Or if you have big thumbs lol.

Does Rogers allow WiFi for this phone? I know for FIDO, they disable the WiFi on Moto Z6W so I was wondering if it works on this phone... And also, when you're on the web, how do you know you're on WiFi and not using Rogers' internet since web surfing without data plan is super expensive... Thanks

this OS is not as user friendly as Android but it does have a 3.5mm jack and better speaker quality and better camera lens then the HTC Magic but overall i still like the HTC Magic over this
