Raekwon's raps are subtler and more intricate than Wayne's. Lil Wayne seems to focus on wowing you with his punchlines (which tend to make up 90% of his raps) than creating something on the scale of Raekwon and the other Wu members. There's more wisdom and quality in one Raekwon song than there is on a whole Wayne album.
