  • ive got a realy old version of that loco it runs for about three seconds then stops

  • how did u get smoke is i ta live steam locomotive?

  • ive got one aswell but is smoke ment to come out?

  • where did u get the smoke unit from

  • How do these smoke units work? Can I fit one to my existing trains...

  • a spot of light oil and she will run much quieter

  • I've got to work as well it just need some smoke oil

  • I've got one to but how do you set it so smoke come out of the engine?

  • You have to add Seuthe smoke oil to get the smoke effect. If you've run it a lot without oil, then the heating element might be damaged. Search 'Seuthe' and 'Hornby Spares' on Google to get suppliers for the oil and the spare smoke unit.

    Best of luck.

  • it looks like you have taken this video when you first started to build your layout

  • Yes, it looks that way doesn't it? :-) What happened was that I made it in a hurry and didn't bother putting all the stuff out. The vid was all to do with the loco and not the layout. (I also saved it using too low a resolution!)

My next one will have everything in it.

    Cheers

  • oh so when you mean that your layout is fold away i didnt know that you would of had to of taken all of the buildings and stuff out

  • Great video Tom! I think Paul would be proud.

  • I'm sure Paul would be proud it's going round your layout, as it should be. Nice 57XX. Prefer mine, but mine's my child-14 hours of labour...

  • Great video Tom , I'm sure Paul would have liked it
