Get a schematic for a tazer. They are simple to build. You will just need some resistors, caps, and diodes to step up your voltage. This can be done as much as the guage of your wires can handle once you understand the circuit.
Baisically the caps are parallel and the diodes are serial in a 2-step flow chart with the resistor keeping the first step serial in refrence to the switch that introduces voltage. Good luck =)
@HtwoOpower LESS voltage, more amperage. keep it under 2 volts per plate and you wont end up with a steam generator. I use a computer power supply for mine, works brilliant, and cost me $20 to make. Brute force (straight DC and be conservative with electrolyte) has worked best for me so far...PWM just doesnt seem to get it and I have years and years in electronics and even with a decent output wave the brute force works better.
Those coils should be wound TOGETHER on the same ferrite core. 22 AWG 100 turns both wires should be the same length and same size and wound in the same direction. This creates a bifilar coil. DO NOT TOUCH THESE WHEN TURNED ON. It could KILL YOU! Other than that, I think your on the right path. Good work.
Don't forget the stepup transformer. This info in in Stan's patent ending with 61. Also if you look at the youtube 1993 speech part 6 the first 3 in he describes the stepup trans. And it looks like he wrap the Bifilar coils on top of the stepup coils!!!
In some of my hydrogen projects I just just an old Minn Kota trolling motor head to run the power to the cells. The kind with maximizer technology. Worked real well,only problem the contacts got hot.
What everyone is missing for the most part is a variable voltage controler, that will raise the voltage independantly of frequency and/or pulsing. Meyer himself said all he had too do was raise the amount of voltage being applied to the wfc.

Facts i can provide you wich are real are:
More heat causes breakdown water voltage to go lower. 50 centigrade or more. And more brown muck diluted on water , STAINLESS STEEL becoming oxide.
Cooling the water makes it become more dielectric. 2 centigrade lets say.

If you are using HV its the same as saying a water capacitor wich has a voltage limit and be carefull with the HV arc because your cap is destroyed in the very same moment the arc was made, please explain fisrt the physics behind your idea. Because i dont understand what are u trying to do to the water.

A HV arc thru a capacitor is the part i dont understand its the as arcing in the air.
a waste of electrity.
Instead if you are looking for infinite electricity i have the idea and the physics that back up my idea.
You know where does electricity comes from? it has 2 ways DC and AC and both are related to magnetic field right? so if you want electricity from a magnet it has to be AC because a constant magnetic flux will not induce any electricity but a changing one will.

well i dont mean to discourage you but all of that electrolysis thing is just a waste of time by doing electrolisys you just exchange electricity for gases being gases output just just around 10% of what you invested in electricity and if you want to change it back from gases to electricity losses from that 10 % will make this whole idea worthless please learn physics before attempting this PWM is just a way to control power (drill control)

@firebeetlese and you forgot the part about feeding the gas into a combustion engine, thats turning a permanent magnet alternator, and you get electricity back. you might want to see how tiny the hho gen and engine can be to drive a 2 kilowatt marine alternator. P.s. Nasa's already proven this concept to work, only the fact we need to generate enough hho to fuel the engine at a certain rpm.as for "drill control" drills dont use pulse width modulation..

The part you THINK i missed is the internal combustion engine EFFICIENCY thats never bigger than the 30 % around its all around 30"s %s
and from that 30 % when input to an alternator if your drawing almost all amps from alternator you can get efficiencies as low as 70% or less when you draw high amps from an alternator its even harder to spin it, as for drill control yes they us pwm if DC.

@firebeetlese your right, with gasoline, combustion engine's only burning about 60% of the fuel.. with hydrogen, its burns everything instantly.. permanent magnet alternators aren't "harder to spin" under load, why the hell you think they're being used for wind turbines... well I wouldn't say a 10mph wind against an airfoil is a lot of energy required to spin them, you may have mistakin them for permanent magnet motors? p.s. combustion engines efficiency is mostly based on the fuel they run.

@firebeetlese your right, and all those tests were done when the engine was running on gasoline LOL duh...lol now run it with a higher octane fuel and tell me that.. I have a question, have you ever run hho in an engine? or do you base this on what other ppl say? I 've run engines on everything from gasoline, alcohol (methanol) to propane and natural gas... fact is, the octane level affects the performance of a combustion engine. gasoline burns fast.. hho EXPLODES. huge difference.

Look CLOSELY at Stan Meyer's "Water Powered Car" and you'll see Stan added an Extra Alternator behind the left cylinder head PLUS another Alternator being driven by an AC Motor also on the left side of the Dune Buggy and he has Pressure in the Water Fuel Cell in front of and above the Stock VW engine too. The "Tune In" to the correct frequency Stan talks about is the same thing as getting the SWR "Down" like Tuning an Antenna to the Resonant Frequency of a Radio Transmitter.

The hydrostar has it done. 10 k resistor step it up from 12 volts..,controls it with a pot and uses divide by N and NE555 chips. Hydrogen on demand in Ortho and Para Hydrogen.Alcohol prevents it from freezing with a 10% addition..,Any other questions

Get a schematic for a tazer. They are simple to build. You will just need some resistors, caps, and diodes to step up your voltage. This can be done as much as the guage of your wires can handle once you understand the circuit.
Baisically the caps are parallel and the diodes are serial in a 2-step flow chart with the resistor keeping the first step serial in refrence to the switch that introduces voltage. Good luck =)

@HtwoOpower LESS voltage, more amperage. keep it under 2 volts per plate and you wont end up with a steam generator. I use a computer power supply for mine, works brilliant, and cost me $20 to make. Pwm's are a more effecient way but just increasing the size of the cell by 2 plates with acomplish the same rise in output. If you want the design for a pwm, its on hho2u.com ..

@Me102288 DO NOT USE MORE CURRENT AND LESS VOLTAGE. thats just standard electrolysis and exactly what Stan meyer was trying to staying away from. The idea is to cut the amps to as small as possible. In some of stand memos i read he cut them to 1miliamp and increased the voltage to 20kv and above. but water fracturing will not take place in a fuel cell unless in conjunction with stans VIC, PWM and the PLL circuits.

@clarkeshaw yes, and no, drawing an arc through water works to.. but its done with tiny electrode and pulse's the high voltage, least what I seen. I do believe there is no difference in pulsing 120 volt every 1/4 sec or just leave it on all the time at 30 volts ? its the exact same wattage to do both, dunno with produces more hho... probably only experiment I can think of to prove pwm's are better then just hotwiring a drycell to a cars ignition system...lol I'm going to build a pwn just to try

@Me102288 i agree, i think the only way to really know is to experiment. problem is its not just as simple as building a PWM, its all the systems Stan invented linked together to make it work properly and thats where it gets complicated and where i start to get a headache. i mean how many systems r we talking about here? the PWM the VIC the PLL not to mention hole bunch of other factors that if u dont get spot on will just end up being as uneconomical as standard electrolysis. right?

I'm starting to think we should move on to just brute force hho outta water and come up with some kinda cooling system to counter our only problem, heat. Lol I been looking at radiators, fans... hell I went so far as to wonder if liqiud nitrogen touching the outside metal of a drycell would work. lol .. ?

cell tube/plate spacing should be less than .035" to .045".Try testing w/ a DC/DC voltage multiplier instead of using "x" AMPS, use a 12V-240V DC/DC converter, input at less than 1 AMP decreases HEAT, increasing efficiency. use a PWM w/ the voltage multiplier and decrease spacing of tubes/plates. use neutral plates/tubes between +/- tubes/plates setup (+ | -) w/ " | "neutral plate/tube being scraficial plate...oxygen is produced on the - side to neutral and hydrogen on the + side to neutral

The real secret to keep in mind here is Resonnace frequency.
With the formula: Frequency = 1 / (2*pi*R*c)
R= total resistace of the circuit. Note: R must include the pulse Dc effect which will change with frequency.
C= Capacitance of your HHO coil.
The frequency you need to calculate (or observe) will be a visually optimal performance of HHO production.
It does not matter the size of coil or turn you have, it is more for heating tolerances and voltage purposes.

Brute force (straight DC and be conservative with electrolyte) has worked best for me so far...PWM just doesnt seem to get it and I have years and years in electronics and even with a decent output wave the brute force works better.

Those coils should be wound TOGETHER on the same ferrite core. 22 AWG 100 turns both wires should be the same length and same size and wound in the same direction. This creates a bifilar coil. DO NOT TOUCH THESE WHEN TURNED ON. It could KILL YOU! Other than that, I think your on the right path. Good work.

Don't forget the stepup transformer. This info in in Stan's patent ending with 61. Also if you look at the youtube 1993 speech part 6 the first 3 in he describes the stepup trans. And it looks like he wrap the Bifilar coils on top of the stepup coils!!!

on your coil the secondary coil needs to be wound over or with the primary not next to it.
And the wall wart transformer will not work at high frequency's only low under 100Hz because of the metal core hope this helps good luck

In some of my hydrogen projects I just just an old Minn Kota trolling motor head to run the power to the cells. The kind with maximizer technology. Worked real well,only problem the contacts got hot.

What everyone is missing for the most part is a variable voltage controler, that will raise the voltage independantly of frequency and/or pulsing. Meyer himself said all he had too do was raise the amount of voltage being applied to the wfc.
