The music fits the picture well. Kakashi was stuck in his father's shadow and refused to go back and rescue Rin who was kidnapped and being used as a bait to lure the rest of the team. Obito convinces Kakashi the wrongs of his mindset- and dies a painful and crushing death to protect Rin- though before he draws his last breath he gives a sort of parting gift to Kakashi... memories such as these never fade.

Notice he had his left eye taken. and where is "Madara's" Mask only shows the right eye, when he had shown sauske his sharingan it was his right eye only and his face was also wrinkled, Madara's hair spiky as well, finally when he implanted the rinnegan in himself he only did the left eye.

Tobi is not obito, tobi has 2 eyes, a lot older, obito has no motive to hate the leaf, and obito had to kill kakashi in order to have mangekyo sharingan, which tobi has. Also when pain killed kakashi, he was greeted by the dead spirit of obito, rin and the 4th before talking to his father.

she is assumed to have died, as Kakashi has indicated that all those close to him were dead and the fact that he lamented on how he failed to protect her. This would later be confirmed during Kakashi's dying moments(when pein sends him to a coma he doesn't actually die) as he was going to see Minato, Obito, and Rin
