I've got so upset by supermarket chickens and meat in general that I've stopped buying them. I used to have chickens and hens and goats myself and I can't cope with factory farming any more. I only eat game and I now have a freezer full of pigeon and rabbit. Now the duck season has started and we're heading for the pheasant season(but only rough shot, no organised shoots)I also buy pork and chickens reared by friends.
Thanks. I hope they are happy, turkeys aren't the most expressive creatures I've ever kept, no recognition not like chickens when we have guests to stay the chickens all back away if strangers go near their pen
great vid, good luck with them.

For Christmas hopefully, maybe Easter. I don't want them to be "huge" but free range has to be the way forward.
