Camera is a part of a 2D animation program called Pencil. See the link in the video description. Pencil is sweet.

No real camera was used, just a Pencil program and Windows Movie Maker. I've seen some good animations done simply in MS Paint and WMM, but Pencil is much better and it does have the camera feature.

I suppose that the bouncing ball's sole motivation is to enjoy flying through the air while it can, lol.
