I saw this bumper on Cartoon Network Latin America around 2001-2003 along with the We'll be back one. This is the Back to the Show bumper for Dumb & Dumber. However, I saw this bumper in blue instead of yellow.
@supersaver87 It wasn't. Like Captain Simian, it too didn't air on Cartoon Network in the US. Would be nice if it at least got an Adult Swim run, but, eh, whatever.
