I recommend U CamStudio which is freeware + easy to use and most of all....very good.

To record sound from CamStudio go to:Options and select record audio from microphone or record audio from speakers.

Also I recommend xvid codec for recording (high quality very low disk space usage)

The method is named "Ping of Death"or DDoS Attack.

In the old times it was very simple,you used the ping function from cmd:

ping ip -t -l 15000

But that was fixed and U need a greater power to be effective.

A greater power = botnet

The power of this attack is incredible even Twiter and Mininova had been knocked offline cause of the DDOS attack method.

What is botnet?

botnets - Networks of compromised computers (robots) used to perpetrate eFraud and eCrime.

An another way to find cmd is to go to start> accessories> command prompt. Open it and then you right-click on upper left corner (where "command prompt" stands) go to "properties" and then "colors". Change it how you want it to be, and press "OK". Next time you open the same cmd (in the "accessories") it will be in the colors same colors.
