when they were fighting on the roof top naruto was WAY stronger and sasuke was useing his eyes but when they were fighting in vally of the end naruto was going easy because kakashi said never to use chidori or rasengan on a teamate but then naruto started to lose cause he wasnt useing it and then sasuke used it and naruto ransformed so naruto is stronger and a better person on many lvls
