Joe is the color commentator thats his job. He's there for personal opinion and to get you more involved in whats going on. Its the same in every sport. It has obviously worked he makes people pick sides and gets you emotionally involved. He's good at it, Joe is part of the reason the ufc has done so well vs other organizations.
