  • @Darkeh & tigerkralle: first, you should be able to do both the l-sit and handstand. Also, try pressing into a handstand from the frogstand. You can also add headstand legraises and hanging leg raises to strengthen the lower back and the core. hope that helps!

  • Nice!!! I can do the l-sit, but I have no idea how to train that I can get my back up. How can I train my body to do that? Is it the lower back which has to be strengthening more or are it the abs? Keep going man!!!!;)

  • how can you train for something like that? I'd like to learn L-Sit to Handstand. I can do a handstand but i can't do the l-sit and I have really long legs.. could someone give me advise?

  • Work on your splits, and leg strength.

    That should help, I hope.

    If not, you can find nearly anything on youtube :)

  • core and back. I can finally do them after months of just trying them a few times a night. I got them from tucked planch first. Just keep trying, and the muscles will develop.

  • try doing it from a cross legged position on the floor with your hands on the floor , i used to do it when i was younger

  • Try doing all that again but without bending your knees or elbows.
