  • Dude fucking skill.... Respect

  • ur so amazing ! ur homemades look like real cubes !

  • i would call it Triforce cube >:D

  • you should make a video with a picture of all ur cubes and then put an annotation on all of them like with the 2x2x3

  • How do you make the Cube in a Cube Pattern, I looked it up, the first part was easy, but then it said somthing like, 12q*

  • Where is the ANNOTATION!!!!!!!!!!!

  • show for me how to make this puzzle i did not understand how to to do it

  • hahahaha, props for putting the cube in a cube pattern onto a truncated rubik's cube.

  • looks stif

  • heh you could do the triforce on it in proper colour to boot!

  • how much?! xO

  • Admit it, you have no idea what your doing when your turning it until you see something cool.

  • hey man i subsribed to your channel! where can you get a diy cube and how much are they?

  • @rejectedbythedevil14 Check my LEGO cube video for links. Go to my channel and click on the LEGO Cube in the banner at the top of the page. It will take you right to the video.

  • Is this puzzle hard to solve? I'm going to make one and if it's hard to solve, I 'll find a tutorial.

P.S. Is it okay to use a Dollar Store Cube? I really don't want to sacrifice a $14 Rubik's brand puzzle for this project. Especially if this is going to be my first cube mod.

  • @thecustomcuber101 It's very similar to a normal 3x3x3, but not exactly the same. The corners that are truncated have no orientation.

A Dollar Store Cube will probably work.

For a couple more bucks you can get a good cube from dealextreme or popbuying You can get a diy cube from those websites for around 4-6 dollars. It would be worth it to me.

  • @redkb OK. thanks. btw, what does "truncated" mean?

  • @redkb By the way, I'm a beginner cube solver. My average solve for a 3x3x3 is about 1 minute and 45 seconds to 2 minutes and 20 seconds.

Would this cube be good for me?

  • cool

  • Sounds easy. I'll give it a try.

  • Sounds easy. I'll give it a try.

  • That rocks! your really good at mods! Are you going make a video on how to make one of these?

  • do you know how to solve it??looks interresting. 5*

  • that look's hard to solve

  • is the method of solving it related to solving a regular 3x3x3?

  • Dude, out of all the videos i have seen you make...

    you're kinda a nerd XD

  • @Grayhams11 Have you seen my Skim Video? It's the first video I ever posted. It was my way of saying... I'm not just a nerd! :D

  • @redkb Sorry i didn't see the video and

my computer dosn't have sound so if you

    said that couldn't hear. :l

  • @Grayhams11 we prefer educationally gifted

  • sounds kinda chunky, but still really cool.

  • Yeah, I made it from a lousy 2001 era Rubik's Cube. The thing never turned very well. Even with lots of use and lube.

  • what is sin 2/3 pi?

  • Just because it's not geometrically a cuboid, doesn't mean it is not a cube. This puzzle is technically and literally a cube. It has a cube mechanism and is solved like a 3x3 cube. Rendering this puzzle... A cube!

  • Yeah but it's just called a cube because it is a modded cube. What do we have to call it , a Half Truncated 3D Polygon? No.

  • @raphas13 LMFAOOOOO

  • have you seen the round one

  • Do you basically 'sand' the opposite corners of some faces and fill with filler ?

  • Kind of, I cut the pieces with a dremel tool, and then filled it with filler. You could probably use a grinder or maybe even a bench sander.

  • how do you make em' ?

  • nice idea !

  • Looks good! Very cool!
