He has not dedicated himself to debunking his own craft (which is magic and artistry), he is debunking charlatans and people who say that they have genuin psychic powers (healing, dowsing, etc.), AND who wants to get payed for it! There is a difference. Randi has devoted many years of his life trying to enlighten people and show them/us for example, that a man with the ability to bend spoons not neceseraly has genuin psychic powers.
