@TheGalaxyhopper In a very deep sense they are not. It is sad to say that but it is ultimately true. Even on their death beds, they never regret or say they are sorry. However, we must always remember, that despite their "ego" they are truly misserable people inside and out. They simply can not face this. Hence the projections.

@PsychDoctorate ,interesting,i have been trying to figure out why the Narcissistic projects on to others what they are doing.So you're saying since they can not face their own behaviors the subconscious mind projects their behaviors onto others as a defence mechanisms,so in the narcissistic mind it's every one else and not them?

@TheGalaxyhopper That depends on your definition i guess. Sometimes i look at it like a vampire. There is blood, flesh etc. but otherwise they are nothing without feeding off of others.

I knew a narcissist who would constantly 'put money in their own attention bank' in an effort to draw interest from that. They would use flattery and seeming interest in others: extremely attentive to others. But it was all intended for the n's use of getting praise for their personality. An extremely deceptive person - hard to get  past the niceties to get to the dysfunction and how that person was a calculating their own narcissic supply. Also feigning humility, but goal was to be worshipped.

What should I do about Narcissistic people who are name-callers? Who spew insults constantly.

@aTrueMartialArtist Nothing. Pretend they are like a 5yrld bully in school and pretend they dont exist. Bullies want a reaction. If they dony get (i.e) Narcissistic Supply they will usually leave and go where they do get it. Not Always but usually. Thats my advice from what ive learned

Good videos, we all have dealt with them, this modern culture promotes this kind of behavior even rewards some of them! Funny paradox. Usually give 'em enough rope and they end up hanging themselves with their actions.
