@ncg18 why come on here if your into him get lost then lol people come on here to listen to kiss not to think about that commercial dickhead so what if one person has put a thumbs down who cares
Destroyer Tour -76 - 77 King of the Nighttime world, God of Thunder ,Detroit Rock City, Shout it out Loud, Do you love me and Beth all on the same album that year. Has to be their best Studio album ever. The only song they ever had go # 1 on the charts was Beth. Go figure the least hardest rock song they ever did. Still good for the times. The first time I saw them live was the Love Gun tour but they still played all these songs to perfection. That night rocked this 17 year old dude.
Rodck and roll over. what a record. we used to play the thing over and over doing concerts for our parents, spitting ktchup, what a trip. great band in a great time in history.
What is impressive to me is that almost 40 years later, they are still trying to put all the same level of energy into the shows. Of course they have lost a step or two, but A+ for effort. About the only act that can still give you your money's worth for a $100 ticket.
@tonygrimsley I'd say even more. When looking at them it's hard to believe in their real age. If they lost anything, that would only be 2 original members - But that's the natural way of things - Changes. Hart, passion, energy... Humor, vitality... Spirit is truly a real measure of age. And they are fully aware, that time froze somewhere around 78'... They are one of few - if not the only - representing immortal Rock n' Roll... And thank Them for all the years, music, and dedication for fans.
Myst - KISS was the first band to use that stage tactic. Rock and been around for 25-30 yrs and no one had thought of it. Not Zep, not Elvis, nor the BEatles. Pure, epic genius.
im in the search too, let me know if you find em. i got the originalaudio recordings, though, and they dont really sound any different, and you can hear paul saying differet things at the beginning of raran in cleveland.
watchin the vids from this tour only proves how important ACE was to this band, and when he left, kiss was done. too bad gene and paul were too greedy, they could of made alot more kick ass music. oh well, thanx for the vids black diamond, very nice
I always loved the way they get into formation, such as here at 2:07.
