I'm confused. Doesn't someone get mark of the faceless and he heals up? Or is this guild that good and that quick to have whoever gets it run out of the group immediately?

If warlock gets it, they can teleport out without getting any ticks of heals. Mages can block. If shadow priests, shaman, or hunter gets it, they run one direction while the entire group move the other way - you get at most one tick in this case.
