I recently looked up 'The Great Race' on imdb. There's the option to look through photos, and it just made me love the film even more :P

For example, there's on picture of Jack Lemmon joining in with the dancers at Barocho (sp?), and one of him being cuddled by Tony Curtis...

I remember the first time I saw that pie fight scene when I was 4, and I'd been trying to find it since, though it took me until I was 15 to find the name of the movie where it came from. RIP Blake Edwards, I enjoyed watching this movie. The scene I also remember was when the king said "General!" "Splat!" Lol.

My Family Attended the permier of this movie due to the fact that my Grandpa's bakery made all the pies and that giant cake that Jack Lemon falls into at the begining of this scene. The Gaint cake was made out of saw dust.

I loved this film as a child and it is wonderful to see this talented cast again, when they were young and in their prime. I think Jack Lemon's true talent was for comedy though he seemed to take more dramatic roles. Loved how Tony Curtis managed to walk through the room of flying pies without being hit.
