I like how the girls protrayed High Fashion Profile Models similar to Twiggy and Marliyn Monroe theme. I absolutely love Nip/Tuck. I don't like how the producers are making it be the last season tho. I absolutely love the concept of the promo, expecially how the different dances represent different time periods based on the costumes, dance styles, and even different surgical instruments they are holding.

Also, the poster is so lucky to have been in the video.

Okay, well the dance styles and costumes are pretty obvious to spot, royalty, Marilyn Monroe, and Twiggy. Somebody on the other video for this promo on YouTube mentioned that royalty used to cut their throats to look paler. Women used to inject their breasts with silicone to make them bigger, and others used to get doctors to make their eyes bigger like Twiggy's by cutting them (thus the instruments).

I think they're showing what people did for beauty through time... the Victorian girl at the beginning had really pale skin because she lost so much blood through blood-letting (on her neck, I guess), the 40s ladies are holding little pump things that they used on their boobs to look like Marilyn, the 70s girls cut their eyelids (they're holding scapels) to get Twiggy eyelids, and then the last girl is getting tanned (the girls around her are holding mirrors reflecting light onto her).
