The part you are referring to has since then been used in the trailers for other movies such as Angels in the Outfield and Good Will Hunting. It was written by Jerry Goldsmith and is referred to as either the Rudy theme or the Rudy film score.

In addition, another variation is also included in "The Final Game", a song from the soundtrack played during the final game in the movie, as you can guess from the name.
