never buy raw coins from COAST TO COAST, unless you want to throw your money away. I know someone who bought quite a few coins from them and most where circulated (sliders) when C2C said they were mint. run away, run away fast, unless you have $ to burn.

I just received an order from Coast Coins for bullion. They coins were in immaculate condition. I was worried after buying the coins all the negative responses from this post but after receiving the coins which were 2010 American Silver Eagles in Gem Bu condition, I would order from them again.

Lots of raw problem out there waiting for the psuedo experts credit card!! Dealer to dealer prices for problem coins is the temptation for the honest sellers. Numismatics is a thinly capitalized business. Not obligated by law to DISCLOSE devaluing info. Now we have counterfiet PCGS and NGC holders! I gave up there.

Have you heard of "Shrunken Coins?" Some guy has this machine at his house that I guess sends these high voltages through various coins, a process whice somehow shrinks them. It's pretty cool. You should check it out.

Great review, Mark. I believe that the coins in their inventory are raw for a reason - most have problems. Having viewed their website just briefly, many of the pictures i saw were of over-dipped or harshly cleaned coins.

Glad you did somewhat well on that Indian, but I would not buy from them personally.
