As consumers we do need to know how and where are food is coming from. Both Greenpeace and the Monterey Bay Aquarium provide consumer score cards, letting us know what fish are being threatened, and what super markets are taking action on these issues. Even with all the awareness there is there are communities, cities, regions where they do not have access to such means. That is why the governments of our society, have to take this chance, to pass strong science based laws to protect our planet.
