if you notice...this video was uploaded in july of 08'....well, they started this whole "nationwide" FSC b.s. in jan. of 2010. (and yes i know that new york has had fire safe cigarettes since 04', but even those cigarettes(( in new york)) were altered as well to the new FSC) my point is....this video is bullshit and that dude is probably rotting in a grave by now (judging from his face and ignorance).
