The best way to train range is King lathas Ogres in the combat training vamp. (must do biohazard)

but they are only 260 xp each and fire giants/blue dragons are ove 400 xp each but ogres are good for low level rangers like 50+

all this is slow....you can train faster even with range void, mithril bolts at gorillas in ape atoll, even pray at them (rune bolts better...but expensive)

or chinchompas at chaos tunnels killing mummies<--fastest, but expensive

only metal dragons fire is really long ranged. other dragons like (green, blue, red and black) fire is only 1 square feet long. like any old melee attack (except for hallys)

that's when u get a ton of red chinchompas, go to the monkey madness cave, then where the high lvl skeletons are you hit 1 and because the chinchompa explodes it hits more than 1 target at a time, but you need alot of money for chincompas and prayer pots since the skeletons would ko you in a matter of seconds without it
