@fathermulcahyisrad Thank you mate. I'm always on here. Pick a beer, drink it with me, leave a comment and I'll always answer. I do the same on friend reviewers channels. If I'm drinking a beer I've already reviewed, I drink it whilst watching anothers review. Like a world wide beer social club.
Think many great men would choose this stout as an favourite, I could drink this stout not only for a plate or bowl of peanuts on a football night but for the simple reason me being thirsty because its so refreshing. Now I usually drink very light beers like tuborg or corona on a hot day but I think this stout is very refreshing and light as a feather, like you said it's goes smoothly but I am afraid to spoil dark beer outside on a sunny day, but on darker environments like pubs this is an must.
@90talisten Well I never touch Corona or Tuborg, but people sometimes don't realise just how refreshing this can be. Also you can serve it chilled in the summer and it won't suffer. YUM YUM!!
I agree, unfortunaly Tuborg is much more cheaper and that makes it just more simple to drink as if it would be a can of coke, not a big deal type of thing. That's why I usually have those when I am outside rather in special or social occasions. Unlikely, when I drink stouts I just want it to be perfect, you know that feeling when you have gone through your daily routine and you need an refresher that is when Murphys takes over, but I will keep it in mind I might try have it as a summer drink.
@90talisten I had a brilliant drink that a friend on here recommended. A Blacktower. Half Guinness or Murphys and half Newcastle Brown. Bloody lovely.
I know I do eat some weird stuff. Butter and black pepper sandwich, condensed milk sandwich, banana and peanut butter sandwich, banana and bacon sandwich. Thats just the weird sarnies. Crunch on coffee beans. Burn the toast on purpose and then F up the wifes sinks as I scrap one side into it. HEHEHE.
At least I've found someone else the eats burnt toast. I'm not crazy after all.
@BeerGogglesReviews never had a condensed milk sandwich but i do like a cottage cheese collard green sandwich. gotta have berber souce on it. banana and peanut butter is bomb. i gotta have peanut butter on my waffles and pancakes. i like fried sardines too...toss em up with some fried onions and garlic over some long grain rice. its all good. ill try anything but balute lol...peace.
@geoffolehane Thanks mate. They are so close that going on those subtle differences, I tend to change with the breeze. I think Guinness is just nudging ahead due to it's heavier mouth feel. Tomorrow I'll probably change my mind. There are many better tasting stouts but for that smooth sensual experience, the creamy guys take some beating.
Thanks mate. Yeah I agree, you don't see it about as much as it should be. I think that's possibly down to marketting because Guinness is everywhere, and there isn't a HUGE difference in flavour etc. That may be to our advantage though, as it is usually cheaper on the supermarket shelves.
I'm a very big fan of this Murphy's and I think you totally nailed it. I'm watching as long as you're posting. Keep it up good sir.
forever drinking

@ojdrinkz Sorry to have only just answer you my friend. The comment disappeared in the backlog.
It is a lovely beer though. On tap you get a bit more nuttiness, and it's smoother. Shame it's not in more pubs.

It's ''Slainte!'' probably pronounced ''Slawn-cha'' haha, fair play for giving it a go, though.
