@SloterMFmeyer No not really, this movie comes from a time when the brand of bike you rode, smokes you smoked, and beer you drank made or broke you in your group friends and associates. Especially if you wanted to be seen as a bad ass or manly man.

That aside having the title and character names associate with the top brands for the character types (bad ass/biker) helps sell the movie to that crowd, and the outsiders recognize the big names.

It's such a shame, that after the first fifteen minutes, the movie was just crap. With proper script, it could have been so much better. The characters are there, they have been introduced properly, but it just turns into shit, pardon my french.
