well there is nothing we can make out from the video. Any ways i lived in chicago and feel like Devon is a dirty Indian Town compared to China town or other places. I guess it is in our Desi Culture to keep every thing mundane and dirty. All of the side walks have paan spit, cheap robbers snatching things from tourists.......
