@xTriggernometry Exhale but in all honesty, my technique was off back then. It sounded good but I was hurting my throat. I've since learned how to do it correctly though
hey, stop using the neck as much as you growl, you should use only use the diaphragm and vocal cords when you want to shape the words ... your neck will feel much better by using the diaphragm instead of your neck, plus you get more power in your growl / scream ... this is a tip from a metalcore singer like me ^ ^ I come out with a demo song by the band later when I get hold of a studio, you'll hear my scream is.
what was even more awsome where those parts where you DIDN'T sound like him :P
you see, it's a great way to improve your skills by trying to sound like other singers, but what is way more cooler is when you develope your own voice and learn how to use it better ;)
you've evolved a lot these months, and I'm truly looking forward to see your future videos ;) god job man!
Ya my growls sound NOTHING like his but I'm glad you see that I've developed my own voice. I think my scream is somewhere along the lines of deathcore-ish. Idk what chord I'm using even I just do my thing
Is that exhale or inhale?
