@ExcalsBlade I didn't change any controls during this. You just hit the z button and you should grab...I turn tap jump off too, if that helps at all.

you hit the analog stick away from the stage and either airdodge and hit a really quickly or you just hit away from the stage and the z button

i play offline with my friend, and he uses ike as his main....whereas i use TL and link. its so fun gimping his recovery with some invincibility frames, if you know what i mean. xD as soon as i did it, he was like, "CHEAP!" lol all i did was laugh...highly satisfying

I use Y for short hops, you can tap up on the control stick too. Both work well

tether grab is just grabbing onto the edge with the clawshot, the double z tap is the actual edgeguard because you gain invincibility frames. to air dodge you jump and hit a shield button (L or R normally)

heyyy im stuck on one guard. the one where u jump off the platform and press down A to have link's sword under him and then u did the up B move to get back on the platform. whenever i try to do that move i cant break the down A. it always just keeps goin down even wen i press up B. how do i stop the Down A in order to use Up B to get back on the platform?

just tap the down air and don't fast fall, then use the second jump and up B to recover

I don't know if I entirely know what you're asking. But to do that move you just hit down or sideways away fro the stage and then hit upB and don't grab the edge. That's it.
