Those are planes you see. They look incredibly fast because this video has been sped up to at least double speed.

You can tell that the speed is changed by looking at the unnatural movement of the palm tree on the right of the frame.

The sounds of race cars are probably just highway traffic as well. The pitch of the traffic is changed as well, since the speed of the Video has been increased.
