Already begining the time of the end is not a new intrepetation. Zechariah 6 does not say that they go south it in fact says to and fro through out the earth, or every where.

Zechariah is not saying the same thing as Rev at all.

Note Rev 6 has White, Red, Black and Pale. Zech. has Black, White, Pale and then Red.

Also some translations seem to say the Pale are the powerful horse the go out.

Most start it either in 1948 or 1967 along with Israel's start and recapturing of Jerusalem.

As for the seals, we have yet to see the intrepetation validated, it may be in time, but for now you have one event you say fits it, yet this has been said before.

WWIII would give a must stronger validation, with the real proof a seal 6.

The horse, and rider in Exodus i8s referring to the army of Pharaoh. All of his horses and all of his men GOD cast into the sea. The horse, and rider are Pharaoh's men not Pharaoh. Rider = men. specifically the calvary. As a matter of fact the Bible says Pharaoh was riding in a chariot.
