This is most likely the worst tutorial I have ever seen. Learn to play the song right before you try to learn it to other people. Try to play your version of the song on top of the real song. You will probably notice that you have missed quite a bit... BTW if you have never heard the song, you can hear it right here on youtube. All you have to do is to click the little searchbar at the very top and enter: AC/DC thunderstruck. And there you go.......

Close but no cigar. You've got it totally backwards.

You pick every open string, every fretted note is just a hammer on. You DON'T pick any of the fretted notes. There are no "pull-offs" per say.

Alternate picking, up down up down, on every open B note. Or it might be down, up , down up. That's the only part i'm not sure of.

Think about it, if they were all pull-offs, why do you pluck that first B note, which can clearly be heard at the beginning of the song.
