Ok, for starters. Bulbasaur is legit. He/ she is my all time favorite pokemon. 2nd, ash kept bulbasaur throughout his WHOLE career!! He may have put it in oak's lab. But he still had ownership. But, he got rid of butterfree, pidgeotto, squirtle, and Charizard. So therefore, he only liked Bulbasaur and pikachu
