The question I always have is that yes the ring changes color and glows, GREAT! Now can anybody show me that these actually illuminate the road? I have never seen the projector in the middle work on any vid I have watched ever! SO, does the middle of the light light up too and you are just showing off the ring or is it the ring only?

Off road use only. Gonna get in trouble with those if you switch colors while on the highway or regular roads.
